The High North Tour 2021: When the Fishermen Left Nyksund, the Artists Moved In Nyksund: Once upon a time, Nyksund was one of the largest fishing villages in the Vesterålen region. Today, artists and other creative souls have taken over what could have become an abandoned ghost village. This summer, renown photographer Aleksander Nordahl moves in to the disused fillet factory.
